Safari & Golf Experience

<p>Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to A1 Hotel and Resort in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Settle into your accommodation, ready to start your safari proper in the morning.</p>

<p>After breakfast, you drive to Tarangire National Park where your safari starts. This lovely park boasts the largest concentrations of elephants in the world and the highest number of breeding bird species. Especially during the dry season, Tarangire National park is packed with wildlife. Big cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards, but also the seldom seen Kudu, Oryx and Gerenuk. In the afternoon you drive to Tarangire Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.</p>

<p>Rise up early for a morning game drive in Tarangire National Park with picnic breakfast. With four of the Big Five residing within the park, this park is a great spot. If you are lucky you can even spot the tree-climbing python. After a lunch at the lodge, you depart on an exciting 2-hours walking safari. Your senses awaken, as you become part of the wilderness. See the bush through the eyes of Africa’s wildlife, smell the scents and hear the sounds of the African wilderness. Return to the lodge for dinner. In the evening you depart for 2.5 hours on a night game drive in the park. Discover nocturnal animals like porcupines, pangolin, aardvark and others. Overnight will be at Tarangire Safari Lodge.</p>

<p>Today starts, after breakfast, with a walking tour in farming town Mto wa Mbu. This village is unique in Tanzania since it is home to over 120 different tribes from across Africa and forms a colourful mix of languages and customs. Your walking guide will take you to rice and banana plantations, a local beer factory, a school and a carving factory. Discover the traditional way of life of the villagers. Continue to Lake Manyara National park, which is only a few minutes drive from Mto wa Mbu. Lake Manyara is known for its huge soda lake filled with pink-hued flamingos, large population of baboons, incredible birdlife and breathtaking views. You can see giraffes, elephants, hippos, buffaloes, zebras, flamingos and if you are lucky you spot a tree-climbing lion. In the late afternoon continue to Pamoja Olea Farm Lodge for dinner and overnight.</p>

<p>Today you go on a morning and afternoon game drive in the famous Serengeti National Park. If you want to spot the Big Five – lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and buffalo- all in one park, the Serengeti is one of the best places to do so. The abundance of wildlife in this park is unmatched anywhere else in Africa. Depending which time of the year you visit this park, you can also witness the Great Migration. It’s an impressive experience to see all those hoofed mammals, followed by iconic predators, migrate in a clockwise circle every year. Late in the afternoon you return to Serengeti in Tanzania Bush Camp for dinner and overnight.</p>

<p>Another day of morning and afternoon game viewing in the Serengeti. With so many wildebeest, gazelles and zebras present it is no wonder the Serengeti is also home to 4,000 lions and 1,000 leopards. Apart from the Big Five the Serengeti boasts the cheetah, jackal, hyena, serval, aardvark, pangolin, porcupine, crocodiles, giraffe, python, black mamba, spitting cobra, ostrich, martial eagle, lovebirds and vultures, just to name a few. Enjoy this supreme game viewing and return to Tanzania Bush Camp in the evening.</p>

<p>Today you set off towards the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with picnic lunch. It shelters close to 30.000 animals including the Big Five. The crater teems with zebras, buffaloes, lions, wildebeest, warthogs, baboons, elephants, flamingos, ostriches, hippos, cheetahs and a small population of the rare black rhino. The beautiful colours and dancing clouds make the crater almost surreal. Because of its natural beauty the Ngorongoro Crater is chosen as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. In the late afternoon you drive to Pamoja Olea Farm Lodge for dinner and overnight.</p>

<p>After breakfast you drive back to Arusha for lunch at Mount Meru Hotel, then continue to Kili Villa lodge for dinner and overnight. The purity of the surrounding nature and spectacular views on Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro to the north and Maasai Steppe to the south are breathtaking.</p>

<p>Spend your day at leisure. You can play golf, relax or go birding at the huge Kili Villa gardens. In the late afternoon you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure flight.</p>
